This 4- week workshop class offers participants an opportunity to learn about stress and how to gain better control of it. Workshops will cover topics on mind & body connection, tuning into your body, tuning into your mind and improving communication skills. This workshop is presented by Whittier Wellness Communities and the Los Angeles Department of Public Health.
