Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Sunday, 30 November 2025.
BCIT Recreation Services and SFU Recreation are proud to present Climb Intercampus 2025!
Two campuses. One climbing community! This month-long friendly challenge is being held by partners at The Lab Bouldering Studio at BCIT's Burnaby Campus and the SFU Climbing Wall at SFU's Burnaby Campus from November 3 - 30, 2025.
Climb Intercampus is your chance to expand your climbing community, try a new style of climbing, and have fun along the way. With new routes set for this event, participants can explore both gyms over the course of a month, connect with climbers from another campus, and celebrate the spirit of climbing in a friendly and supportive environment!
What to ExpectThis challenge takes place across both campuses, with BCIT featuring boulder problems and SFU featuring roped routes. Participants will need to visit both gyms throughout the challenge to be entered for prizes. Registration comes with discounted access to the partner gym for the duration of the event, so you can make the most of your climbing experience. Try a new style of climbing, test your skills on fresh problems, and climb with a supportive community of climbers!
Who It’s ForClimb Intercampus is open to all climbers from both participating campuses. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned regular, everyone’s welcome!

How it Works1. Climbers must purchase a scorecard at their home facility to participate in the event. Your physical scorecard is your responsibility! Progress recorded on lost scorecards cannot be transferred.
2. From November 3 - 28, climbers must attempt to send as many boulder problems and routes as possible at either facility. You must get a witness (another climber or BCIT/SFU Climbing Staff) to watch you complete the climb. Afterwards, BCIT/SFU Climbing Staff will initial or stamp your scorecard.
3. At the end of the competition, hand in your scorecard to your home gym where you will be entered to win awesome prizes, including climbing day passes to BCIT and SFU! All scorecards must be submitted to your home gym before or by end-of-day on Friday, November 28th.
