YMCA Running Club
YMCA Running Club teaches the character values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring as the cornerstones of the program. Participants will learn proper running skills, technique, team work and sportsmanship. Youth ages 8-14 will receive training in long-distance running, gearing up for the fall cross country season.
