Do you sometimes feel the need to just dance? Here's your invitation!
There's a lot going on in the world, and always lots to do. Dance can be a form of action for social justice, and a tool of regeneration for our bodies, minds and spirits. This is a monthly opportunity - not a choreographed class, but a time to dance to great music with others in the community. We'll create a fun playlist - and take requests! Think of the best hour of any wedding dance you've been to.
There is no cost. Donations each month will go to a social justice cause near or far.
Both Nancy and Kathleen are long-time movement facilitators, who sometimes need to Just Dance! All are welcome, as always. Please register so you can be notified of any schedule changes. Wear comfortable dress and bring water.
