All the wedding planning has come to an end and your special day is finally here. While you're excited the day has arrived, dealing with guests, family, d?cor, food and scheduling can be stressful. Squeezing in a light workout on the morning of your wedding can be a great stress reliever, even if it's for a quick 30 minutes. It's also a great way to spend quality time with your bridesmaids.

Do a Yoga Routine
Yoga is the perfect way to get your mind, body and spirit prepared for your ceremony. Opt for a simple routine that focuses on breath control to help calm your nerves. Work this into your wedding day morning and you'll be prepared to handle the rest of the day peacefully.

Go for a Run
Whether it's three miles or 10, going for a run can help clear your mind. Let the day's stress melt away as you run and let your mind wander. You'll come back feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

Try a Morning Hike
If you're having a destination wedding or even one close to home, there is always a spot in the city with nice views. Wake up early and take a long hike by yourself to get some much-needed quiet time before dealing with the rush of people. Once you complete your hike, you'll feel like there's nothing else you can't handle.

Ride your Bike
If running isn't for you, hop on your bike. Cruise for miles and let the thoughts of the day fade away. Go at your own pace. You can opt for a smooth, easy ride to take away jitters or incorporate hills to add more difficulty. Getting your whole body up and moving will get you ready for the rest of the day's activities.

Take the Next Available Gym Class
Going to the gym may be the last thing on your mind, plus you might not know what the class schedule is for the day. Gyms offer a variety of classes you can take from dance to strength training. Grab the next available class, even if it's one you've never tried before. You'll get a nice workout, and your mind will be focused on mastering the moves instead of logistics for the day ahead.
