Weight loss was slow in the beginning, but that didn't stop me because my goal was to have a healthier life inside and out. As the months went on, the weight started to come off. Eventually I had lost 120 pounds.

 

I've been maintaining my weight loss by sticking with my new lifestyle. I feel like I have my life back. I want to encourage anyone who wants to lose weight to not give up. Believe in yourself and believe you can accomplish all of your goals—and then take that first step.
