About This Activity
Description
Ballet training teaches young people the benefits of self-discipline, determination & focus as well as an appreciation for classical music and the arts. Level I works on basic barre exercises for balance and moves onto basic and light stretches with minimal positions and movements in the center and across the floor. Participants enrolled in Ballet Classes are recommended to wear tights, leotard and ballet slippers with hair in a bun or ponytail but not mandatory.
