Description
Train with the best ! Build upon strength, self awareness, focus, self discipline and confidence through the art of boxing. We teach a variety of methods on temperament control and how to remain calm under pressure. Improve upon your physical and mental health through fun, engaging exercises, motivational team bonding, and appropriate problem solving skills that help our students discover their highest potential.
You will need to provide your own gloves - sizes 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, or 12oz, depending on the size of your child
