About This Activity
'Multi-Sports' provides a fun introduction to many traditional sports including soccer, volleyball, softball, basketball, floor hockey, badminton, flag football etc. through modified game play and skill-building sessions. Co-operative tasks and challenges help these developing athletes to gain an appreciation of teamwork, adaptability, and respect for instruction and rules of play. Campers also will work on a selection of universal sports-related skills through co-operative drills and games such as flag tag, dodgeball, capture the flag, team relay races and benchball! Our aim for this camp is to nurture an appreciation of sport and provide an environment where all campers achieve success regardless of their athletic ability. This is a half-day program.
