About This Activity
Description
This camp is for youth interested in learning the sport of wrestling. Students will learn the fundamentals of wrestling while incorporating tumbling and total body movement skills. Instruction will cover the three styles of wrestling: FolkStyle, Freestyle and Greco.At the end of camp students will receive a certification of completion and access to future club wrestling classes.
