About This Activity
Kinder - 4-5 years old: They are the lucky ones! Our Kinder gymnasts will have the chance to participate and graduate from the FUNdamentals – Level 1, giving them the opportunity to move up to the Level 2 at earlier stages. The kinder gymnasts will learn the most fundamental gymnastics’ skills on each event (floor, bars, beam, vault, rings, trampoline…), as well as improving the physical abilities that will provide them with the physical literacy needed in other sports in life and gymnastics. Some of the Level 1 skills include: forward and backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.
