About This Activity
Want to do yoga but don't have the time to hit the gym? This easy one-hour yoga flow class is held online so you can find your zen at home! We will start with the basics and breathing to help build a strong foundational practice you can do anywhere- even in your pajamas. This class is held via Zoom and participants will be emailed the link every week. A recording of the practice will be sent after for students to enjoy any time.
