Description
This five-day camp is designed as an introduction to lifeguarding and water safety skills for qualified participants aged 9-15. Topics include in-water skills, rescues, first-aid, CPR, and emergency medical response. Participants will need to bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, water, and a lunch daily. Prior to enrollment, participants must demonstrate the following swills: 100yd front crawl swim, 25yd breaststroke, and 1 minute tread. Testing is provided free of charge at the Wagner Aquatic Center by appointment only. Please call (760)435-5370 for an appointment at Wagner Aquatic Center.
