Join in the experience of Groove. Using every genre of music allows for a unique way to join collectively on the dance floor. Groove is for every body with no experience necessary. A fun way to move your body and stay healthy! Simple steps that you get to dance your own way. If you can move, you can groove. About your instructor: Kristina had enjoyed high intensity aerobic step classes for years until a knee injury took that workout option out of her hands. She discovered GROOVE in 2010 after a friend invited her to join in a class. Not knowing anything about GROOVE she finally attended a class! After one class Kristina was hooked! In 2013 she decided to become a GROOVE facilitator and has enjoyed leading classes while helping others to discover the beauty of the “GROOVE truths.”
