Outside the Box: Artmaking Outdoors July 15- 19 Mikayla Spivey This week we will break out of the four walls of the classroom and allow nature and fresh air to influence our art. From outdoor observational drawing, plein air painting, scavenger hunts, nature walks, and outdoor land art, campers will learn how art isn’t just made in the art studio! Put nature on the canvas as you paint outdoors like Monet or use nature as your canvas like Andy Goldsworthy. We will think outside of the box as we get outside of the box and get outdoors!
