YOGA In this yoga class we’ll focus on all-around wellbeing. In yoga this is achieved with Pranayama (breathing exercises) Asana (Yoga Poses) Meditation (Relaxing Techniques). These Yoga practices will be achieved in an accessible way for all ages with play through songs, music, movement, mindfulness, and creative visualization. Let’s have fun and explore downward dog while barking, frog pose while hopping around the room and Savasana (corpse pose) while experiencing calming music. This class will increase strength, flexibility, and focus.
