Supervisor: Christopher Seylar Get ready to tap your toes and hum along to some famous songs such as Tomorrow, It’s the Hard Knock Life, and NYC, from the award winning Broadway show Annie. Annie KIDS is a shortened school version that is a great first experience for performers. Please read the entire description in the packet on the website for all information. The camp begins on June 17, with rehearsals Monday through Friday, from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Rehearsal dates are as follows: 6/17, 6/18, 6/19, 6/20, 6/21, 6/24, 6/25, 6/26, 6/27, 6/28. Please ensure that students are able to attend all rehearsals in order to have a successful show. Students will need to pack and bring lunch each day. Our musical camp is a fun filled, busy two weeks of rehearsal. In addition to attending and being engaged in rehearsal every day, students should be prepared to work on their parts outside of rehearsal, and to work on songs, dialogue, and choreography. All students need to attend all rehearsals, meetings, and performances. All rehearsals and performances will be held at Mountain View Middle School. We will have 2 performances on June 28 at 3:00pm and 6:30pm. Please note that on Friday, June 28 students will stay from 9:00am through the end of the second performance and cleanup (most likely around 8:00pm). Dinner will be provided for students on this day. During camp, students will focus on honing various theatrical skills including musical, dramatic, movement, artistic, and technical skills. While major costume pieces will be provided, students will be responsible for bringing base layers and shoes. More information about base layers will be provided at the family meeting. There will be a mandatory student and parent meeting on May 20 at 7:00pm at Mountain View Middle School Performing Arts Center. Information and scripts/music will be handed out at this time. A $15 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR CANCELLATION OF ANY CAMP REGISTRATION
