This is an 8-session once weekly skill camp focusing on individual fundamental skill development and sports specific speed and strength training. Athletes will train on proper hand contact and arm mechanics for serving and hitting, passing posture and platform angles, setting handwork, and footwork for all skills. Strength training will be done in conjunction with the summer strength and conditioning PE course available through the school. Sessions will run on Mondays from June 3rd through July 29th. No skill sessions will be held on July 1st.
