This is an 8-session once weekly skill camp focusing on individual fundamental skill development and an intro into sports specific strength training. Athletes will train on proper hand contact and arm mechanics for serving and hitting, passing posture and platform angles, setting handwork, and footwork for hitting and blocking. Strength training will be appropriate for this age group. Sessions will run on Mondays from June 3rd through July 29th. from 10:30 am-12:00 pm. No skill sessions will be held on July 1st.
