About This Activity
Description
Little Rookies Soccer is focuses to develop fundamental soccer techniques while teaching teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship. Skills taught includes passing, dribbling, and the rules of the game. The ultimate goal is to have fun, meet new friends, and play.
Days & Time: Practice and play are only on Saturdays.
What Do I Need:
Please have your child bring a water bottle, closed toed shoes, and comfortable shorts.
Spectators can bring a chair to use when watching the games.
Volunteer Opportunities:
YMCA sports are based on seven guiding principles: Everyone plays, safety first, fair play, positive competition, sports for all, sports for fun, and family involvement. Our sports are supported by parent volunteers, who are engaged as coaches, referees, and raving fans.VOLUNTEER COACHES, MENTORS, TUTORS ARE NEEDED!
