About This Activity

Description

Participants will be assessed on the first day of class and divided into groups based on skill levels. An excellent introduction to the sport of gymnastics. This program emphasizes skill development and progressions and offers excellent foundation toward future USGF of High School competitive teams. Levels are arranged with USGF (United States Gymnastics Federation) skills recommendations as a guide.


No class on Monday, September 2. Observed holiday.
