Kitchen Explorers: Spring (2nd-6th) Each week we will focus on a seasonal winter vegetable or cooking technique. We will taste the ingredients, learn some of the science behind cooking (and do some experiments) and cook up a recipe together. Topics covered will include knife skills, kitchen and food safety and cleanliness, measurement, and how to read a recipe. We will continue in this session to work on how to create a dish and write a recipe. Recipes will be vegetarian, though meat might be an option occasionally. Class price includes $20 of materials fee
