This camp will build on and advance the foundational skills from the 6th-8th grade camp by providing drills and exercises to provide the athlete with the skills and correct techniques necessary in warm up, speed and agility, jumping and landing and introductory strength training to not only enhance their current athleticism but also provide them with the tools necessary to enter a high school strength and conditioning program. The emphasis will still be on fundamentals and technique/safety/injury prevention, but the exercises and drills will be progressed from the 6th-8th grade camp. *This camp is held both indoors and outdoors.
