(Ages 4+) Future Flyer team prep 1 day a week
Does your child show a desire to work hard and be brave when it comes to attempting new skills? Does your athlete enjoy challenges to increase their flexibility and strength?
This 1-day team preparation program will help your athlete develop the needed skills - flexibility, strength, and coachability to promote to our team program. This class is by invitation ONLY. Athletes who are invited to join this 1-day, more intensive developmental gymnastics class, will be expected to be committed to their attendance, listen to their instructors, and work hard in class! We of course, will always emphasize a fun-approach to learning and strive to keep play and joy in the gymnastics environment – as this sport is FUN!!
