Description
Girls: (Ages 10.5 – 12 yrs) Fly-High 1 "Non-Competitive" Does your athlete have the desire to train with like-aged peers? Does your athlete have goals to advance in their gymnastics? If that is that case, this is a perfect class to support your athlete in their goals. This is a non-competitive class for athletes who are 10.5 to 12 years old, where we will help your athlete develop more advanced gymnastics skills, flexibility, and strength; with the added social benefits of being in a group with similar age friends. The athletes in this class will have opportunities to work on individual skill goals. We of course, will always emphasize a fun-approach to learning and strive to keep play and joy in the gymnastics environment – as this sport is FUN!!
