About This Activity
Description
(Co-ed Ages 7+) Co-ed Ninjas is an introductory, all inclusive, and fun gymnastics experience. Students will participate in a range of gymnastics activities and learn the foundations of safe gymnastics training. We will partner gymnastics foundations with fun and playful ninja-style curriculum. Fostering a playful environment where student can burn energy, overcome obstacles, learn gymnastics, and develop skills and coordination.
