Description
The Fitness Court® at North Boulder Park is designed to provide a full body workout. In this OTX class, you will learn how to use the fitness court efficiently and effectively and progress movements to suit your goals! The goal of this class is to provide a functional training routine to improve overall strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, endurance, and enhance one's ability to perform everyday tasks. With seven stations and hundreds of exercise variations this class is suitable for those beginning their fitness journey to elite athletes, and for every user in between.
Participants must be healthy and cleared for strengthening, no current and ongoing injuries, recent surgeries nor fractures.
