This energetic workshop opens up a mystery for participants – is a Turkey like a T-Rex? The answer soon becomes clear as, through role-play, a game (“Evolve!”), listening to sounds, they discover that birds are direct descendants of dinosaurs – surviving the asteroid strike which killed their cousins. This workshop touches on evolution & how DNA is used by scientists to discover new facts about pre-history.
