About This Activity
Have you ever been so absorbed in an activity that you were unaware of how much time has passed? Art allows us to be creatively engaged in the present moment. This week we will discover how we can use art making to promote self awareness, imagination and feelings of calm. Join us to combine mindfulness and art! Mindful Making Week Four runs for 3 sessions from Tuesday, August 6th to Thursday August 8th. Full days are from 9 - 4 PM and half days are from 1 - 4 PM*** To Teen Artists, Art With A Heart is hosting our Teen Artists Unite program from July 9th to August 22nd, 2024. Join us for full or half days and create new projects based on a theme, all while learning about mindfulness and emotional growth.
