About This Activity
THIS CAMP HAS VERY LIMITED SPACES DUE TO SPACE SAVED FOR STAFF CHILDREN!! 6 legs, 8 legs, no legs slithering through the soil, beautiful wings, polka dots, or stripes!! What's your favorite bug? This week we will celebrate and learn all about bugs and what makes them so important. Minute to Win it Monday: Just like the favorite game show. Each Monday campers will compete in fun games/challenges. TieDye Tuesday: Kids are encouraged to wear their favorite tie-dye ensemble today. Wet Wednesday: A camp favorite for sure! Weather permitting students and staff will roll out the hose, fill the buckets, and splish splash. Make sure your child brings a school-appropriate bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and water shoes (please no flip flops as they get slippery) It's not a bad idea to have your child come already in a bathing suit with clothes over. Less changing :) Picnic Thursdays: We have a picnic on the field with our stuffed animal friends. Please only bring one stuffed friend per child. Fun Fridays: We will play group games and it’s DANCE PARTY day! IMPORTANT NOTES: Please dress your child in comfortable play clothes that you don't mind them coming home with a paint or marker smudge. Kids should have well-fitting, safe shoes on. Flip flops are a tripping hazard. Bring a sack lunch (we can not warm anything up) and a water bottle. Bring extra snacks (just in case), we do provide two snacks a day. Big Smile and be ready for a great day! :) Please make sure to only send your child to camp if they are feeling 100% healthy! ***Make sure to email dragonsden@doralnnv.org if your child has any allergies*** Pick-up is at 5:30 pm.....Any student not picked up by 5:30 pm will be charged $1 a minute the parent is late. A child not picked up by 6:00 will be deemed abandoned and WCSO will be called.
