About This Activity
Camps include instruction, meals, housing and a camp t-shirt. The Princeton Girls Technique & Live Camp is an empowering and inclusive space where young female wrestlers come together to learn, train, and compete. Led by some of the best coaches in the country and world-level female technicians, the camp offers a supportive environment for girls to develop their technical skills, build confidence and form strong friendships with like-minded wrestlers! The design of the camp sessions will consist of technique sessions in the morning and afternoon, and a live/competition session in the evening. All training sessions are conducted on Princeton University’s iconic Ivy League campus, giving grapplers the chance to experience wrestling in a great environment.
