About This Activity
The Wrestling Camp will feature the North Central College coaching staff as well as current members of the college team. Several instructors are NCAA All-Americans and National Qualifiers. The Girls Wrestling skill development camp will be focusing specifically on freestyle techniques. Please bring wrestling shoes, workout clothes, and a water bottle to camp. Camp Schedule: -Session 1 9A-11A -Lunch 11A-1P (Campers must bring their own lunch) -Session 2 1P-3P -End of Camp 3P
