This activity has been cancelled.
Participants 12-16 years of age will be assisted by a certified coach through dynamic warm-ups, stretches and full body workouts to build foundational strength and progress.
Alert: Strength Training for Teens does not replace the necessity to graduate from the Teen Fitness Training class nor allow 12-13 year olds access to the Wellness Floor after completion of this training.
No class on July 1st & 3rd!
