About This Activity
This 5-day program blends education, physical fitness, and reflection, aiming to provide an empowering experience for youth. Participants will learn essential aquatic safety skills and build confidence in the waters of Lake Tahoe from certified Lifeguards. Youth must be confident swimmers in order to participate. Post-camp programming will be provided once weekly throughout the summer, allowing youth to progress in their water skills, fitness, and stay connected to their peers.
