Recommended Best Strength Training Exercises
For a complete workout, start with a five minute warm-up, then use a combination of the following strength training exercises for 20 minutes (ex. Upper body one day and lower body another day.). Finish with 20 minutes of cardio (walking, jogging, biking, etc.).
- Clean and press
- Dead lift
- Bent over rows
- Chip ups
