About This Activity
Shattuck-St. Mary’s Figure Skating Training Camp is a premier camp, dedicated exclusively to the passionate figure skater. We combine the best training and facilities with a traditional overnight camp experience. All skaters, ages 8–18, who meet camp level requirements, are welcome. SSM provides skaters with a safe and fun figure skating camp experience in a positive environment. From the competitive training and ice shows, to camp fires, swimming, & nature hikes, SSM Figure Skating Training Camp gives skaters a chance to laugh, learn, and grow. Camp Manager FSAdmin@s-sm.org (507) 333-1563 Week 2 2024 Guest Coaches: KIM RYAN LEWIS: Kim Ryan Lewis is an internationally recognized figure skating spin specialist with 45+ years of elite coaching experience. Trained by legendary coach, John Nicks, Kim formed a work ethic, competitive drive, and love for the sport in her formative years. PHILLIP MILLS: Choreographer for skaters at 23 World Championships and 6 Olympic Games, and with more than 25 U.S. National Champions in singles, pairs, and dance, Phillip Mills has been faculty for Team USA Camps, U.S. Figure Skating Coaches College, and numerous U.S. Figure Skating Judges Schools. In just the U.S. alone last season, he created programs for 8 National competitors in Senior Ladies, Senior Pairs, Junior Ladies, Junior Pairs, and Novice men.
