Description
Program Location: We will be meeting for drop off & pick up at the Chico Community Observatory (1 Observatory Way). Late drop off are not accepted, as we will begin hiking!Weather: We will not have program is weather does not permit a safe terrain. We will update our CARD weather site at www.ChicoRec.com/fields, one hour before the program is scheduled to start IF there are any changes.
Please note that you will not be contacted by a coach or staff before the program, and should show up the first day of your registered time, ready to hike!
Each hike will be easy/intermediate level- and will be kept at a pace that keeps all participants safe.
Each participants should arrive in closed toed athletic or hiking shoes, come in athletic clothing with layers, and a backpack that will include plenty of water and a small snack. Each participant is responsible for carrying all their belongings at all times). Participants should arrive to program with sunscreen already on!
