The MCM will "super-size" 35 extra special goodie bags, in honor of the 35th anniversary of the event. While each runner receives a goodie bag filled with cool stuff as part of Packet Pick-up at the Health and Fitness Expo presented by GE, the special Super Size Goodie Bags will be randomly distributed throughout the Expo. These bags may contain the following high value prizes including JetBlue airline tickets, Brooks shoes, Washington Wizards and Capitals tickets, $25 gift cards from Geico, Droid X from Verizon and so much more.  Improve your chances of getting one of the bags by joining a friendly competition among the first runners in line at the Health & Fitness Expo ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, October 29 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Washington Convention Center.  Not all prizes will be in all bags and no two bags will be the same.
