The MCHH Healthy Lifestyle Expo, presented by Aetna, will be held over two fitness-filled days: Saturday, May 17, 2008, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 18, from 6:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Located at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center, this FREE event is open to the public and will feature more than 60 booths and interactive centers for enjoyment. Packet Pick-up will only be available on Saturday, May 17. |

The 2008 MCHH course features a variety of historical Fredericksburg landmarks along the scenic 13.1 mile course. Download and print the course map or check out a full listing of street closures.

Musical entertainment along the MCHH course includes everything from the Fife & Drum Corps to the Eagle Pipe Band, to a harpist, to local favorites the Calypso Nuts at the finish!

The MCM has added a new line up of races, the MCM Event Series, held aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico. The MCM Event Series continues on June 21 with the Run Amuck. Registration is now open for the Run Amuck, featuring obstacles along a 5K course and offers participants plenty of opportunity to get dirty! Younger runners can get muddy too, at the Kids Run Amuck, designed just for children ages 5-12. Volunteers are also needed for this event.
