Registered? Great! Be sure to retain the confirmation email you received upon completion of the registration process. You will need this to download your E-confirmation card from the MCHH website in April. The E-confirmation card is necessary for retrieving race materials at Packet Pick-up, part of the MCHH Healthy Lifestyle Expo.

The Marine Corps Historic Half Transfer Policy is available now through May 1, 2008. Runners will need to download the transfer form and fill out both the transfer request form and transfer application form. Both must be submitted together, along with the $20 transfer fee to complete the process.

From the first-timer to the seasoned veteran, you will find the right training program for you.

The 2008 MCHH course features a variety of historical Fredericksburg landmarks along the scenic 13.1 mile course.  Download and print the course map.

Musical entertainment along the MCHH course includes everything from the Fife and Drum Corps to the Eagle Pipe Band, to a harpist, to local favorites the Calypso Nuts at the finish!

As you make your plans for MCHH weekend, check out the MCHH Travel Desk offering great deals on Fredericksburg-area hotels, plus airfare and car reservations.  For out of town runners, the Richmond Airport offers the easiest access to the Fredericksburg area.

The MCHH Healthy Lifestyle Expo, presented by Aetna, will be held over two fitness-filled days: Saturday, May 17, 2008, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 18, from 6:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Located at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center, this FREE event is open to the public and will feature more than 60 booths and interactive centers for enjoyment. Packet Pick-up will only be available on Saturday, May 17.

Runners can carb-load for the Marine Corps Historic Half at the Pasta Party in the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center Ballroom beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 17. Featuring guest speaker Katherine Switzer, the pasta dinner is $30 and features a selection of pasta and sauces.

Get the whole family involved with race day by signing up for the Semper Fred Fun Run, two-mile out and back course that starts and ends at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center.  Registration opens in early February. Click Here to learn more.
