Looking for a total body workout? Then this is the class for you! Participants will alternate between timed intervals of various cardio, strength, and core exercises. This 45-minute workout that will improve overall fitness, agility, speed and strength is followed by a 15-minute deep stretch. All fitness levels welcome.
Please bring your own set of dumbbells and mats.
