Fun outside fitness, socially distanced and working hard to maintain our healthy lifestyle. Workout is designed to include, simple effective cardio with intervals of strength training and endurance drills, kickboxing and Plyometrics. Varied workouts three times a week.
Please bring a mat, small hand towel and bottle of water.
