Bring all your race day gear and be ready to swim, bike, and run.
Third Saturday in June from 8am-10:30am in the Town of Winona at Winona Lake Limitless Park
OK – So, you have spent hours training to optimization your swim, bike and run.
Now it’s time to practice your transitions (the time spent between each event)
Swim to Bike is Transition 1 (T1)
Bike to Run is Transition 2(T2)
An efficient transition can mean a PR
A disorganized transition can cost time and mental distress.
Scott Erba, and other experienced triathletes who have years of coaching and racing experience, will be here to help any athlete shape their race day performance by working with and instructing athletes on transition and race strategies.

June 18, 2022 from 8am -10:30am at Winona Lake Limitless Park in Winona Lake, IN by the Splash Pad
Bring Swim, Bike and Run gear you plan on using during the Warsaw Optimist Sprint Triathlon
Be prepared to practice swim to bike transition (T1) bike to run transition (T2).
You will have the opportunity to swim bike and run parts of the acctual event course.
Bike racks will be on site to realistically practice setting up your transitions area.
