Description
This class builds upon the beginner and fundamental courses with more advanced techniques, theory and kata training. Respect, character and effort are emphasized. Be prepared for a physically demanding class.

Previous experience at beginner level required.
Instructor is qualified with the Japan Karate Association. Optional uniform and belt for testing can be ordered through the instructor for an additional cost.
