A high energy workout using bodyweight and the power from within to throw punches and kicks while dropping into squats, lunges and planks, all choreographed to the 8count. A sweaty cardio blast where we will bring our heart rate up multiple times, catching our breath with active rest in-between. This workout will leave you feeling strong inside out and outside in!
