40 minutes of non-impact strength training, incorporating balance, core work and upper/lower body strengthening, including floor/mat work all in a safe-socially distanced format. Strength training followed by 20 minutes of restorative stretching. Participants must bring their own mat. Various hand weights used, bring your own or sanitized options available, (instructor will touch base weekly for sizes). Suitable to all fitness levels.
Optional 20 minute outdoor warmup walk in the park before class (9:30am - meet in front of barn), weather permitting.
