Enjoy getting exercise from your own home in this Zoom fitness class taught by Certified Personal Trainer Brad Moore. This class will include strength training with weights and bands as well as some aerobic activity and stretching. This class will offer the opportunity to stand or sit in a chair while you exercise.
- Device (computer/iPad/phone) with internet capabilities
- 2 dumbbells
- 1 resistance band
There is no charge for the class or to check out equipment.
