Get the best of both pilates and strength fitness in this new hybrid class! We will use a mat and light weights to sculpt lean muscles, with focus on the core-abdominals and back. We will work on each muscle group with a variety of weights, so ANY level from beginner to advanced will be challenged.
Exercise mat required. Ages 16+
