Instructor Mayann Quinn will lead a weekly indoor yoga practice all winter. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation and learn the art of Flow. Difficulty level: 1-2 of 4. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Bring proof of memberships for discounted rates at check-in.

Price: $10, $6 for NCC residents, $2 Art-Reach members
