About This Activity

We are excited to bring a women’s mountain bike skills clinic to Chicago!  This clinic is offering both a beginner and intermediate group.

For both, we'll cover body position, braking, speed control, gearing and cadence to keep you moving more efficiently, proper climbing and descending technique, and how to clear obstacles.

Beginners will develop a strong foundation to continue to build on, including basic wheel lifts and riding roll offs.

Advanced riders will take the skills to the next level and learn high speed braking and cornering, off camber turns, jumps and drops. We're going to get rad and have an awesome time!

Skill levels may vary slightly within each group and adjustments can be made during the clinic to ensure all participants are comfortable and having a good time.

This event is supported by Wheel & Sprocket
